Order Cancellations

Any order that is placed and later canceled is subject to a 30% restocking fee. This applies to all cancellations prior to delivery or pickup.

Used Furniture Disclosure

Most items sold are pre-owned furniture and are not new. Normal wear and minor imperfections should be expected.

You are welcome and encouraged to inspect the item in person before scheduling delivery. If you choose not to inspect beforehand, that is completely fine. However, if our team arrives for delivery and you decide to cancel at that time, a 30% restocking fee or $150 minimum fee (whichever is greater) will apply.

Inspection at Delivery or Pickup

At the time of delivery or pickup, you will have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect your item(s). It is your responsibility to fully inspect and confirm you are satisfied before accepting the order.

Final Sale Policy

Once the order has been accepted and delivery or pickup is completed, all sales are final. We do not offer warranties, exchanges, or returns.
